Ms. Perini-Hegarty is a business and real estate attorney with extensive experience in international commercial transactions and trade law. In addition, Stephanie drafts and negotiates a variety of critical agreements for her clients (i.e., trade distribution, financial services, agreements in connection with stock plan and 401(k) benefits administration, prime brokers and custody transactions, and licensing agreements for market date, technology and intellectual property). For over 20 years, she has advised start-ups to a wide spectrum of multi-national companies based both in and outside the United States. Stephanie has experience assisting clients in every context in which international and domestic business law issue may arise and has successfully negotiated a wide variety of complex transactions in these areas.

In addition, Stephanie has a robust real estate practice representing commercial and residential buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. Her firm is third-party vetted by Secure Insight and is on many approved lender closing lists across Massachusetts.

(DOVE).
